Personal fitness program

Our Holistic system



MIASUKI has created a personal fitness programme studied specifically for equestrians - MIASUKI Fit To Ride. The programme was designed by our personal trainer to help female riders improve fitness and be healthier and safer when riding their horses. We were concerned that many training programmes were only directed at improving equestrian skills and did not include a personal fitness regime.

So we have developed a four-grade exercise programme that will not only improve general health and fitness but also correct the posture and strengthen muscles that will help the rider to have better control of her horse, to avoid falls and improve speed and agility.

The exercises can be done at home for 15 minutes each morning.
